Payment

If you are paying via paypal with an "unconfirmed" address, e-cheque, cheque or crossed postal order then goods will not be shipped until money has cleared (approx 5 working days)

Delivery time

Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email. We endeavour to deliver within 14 days. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise.
